Description
Introduction to spread spectrum, WCDMA principles, and transceiver performance requirements.
Examination of protocol architecture, operation of radio system, radio parameters and their configuration.
Examination of the elements of the WCDMA link budget for a range of scenarios and mixes of multimedia services.
Consideration of WCDMA site design including antenna subsystem issues such as beamwidth, bandwidth and tilting.
